The bed isn’t as small as I thought it would be and the motor seems to cut through steel easily if you do the settings. I had an issue when I was building the machine and needed to contacted the seller for support and I was amazed how they went above and beyond to help me get the Fiber laser up and running! If you have doubts about buying one from this seller you should feel at ease knowing they are willing to assist to the best of their ability if you need help!

Ordered and received it two weeks later. The software was already installed and is easy to figure out. If you want a cutting machine that can cut metals (we are using steel) this is the machine you want. Compared to other USA machines this Chinese import is of great quality and easy to use at a quarter of the price. If you are on the fence I would suggest purchasing it.
