Return And Refund Policy

The machine warranty period of FORSUN CNC is usually 1 year (effective from the date of shipment); we guarantee the inspection of the machine and various accessories before shipment. If the product is damaged during receipt or during the warranty period, please email contact us. We will repair or replace any part of FORSUN free of charge. If it is determined that the item/part is damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or abuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item/part and all related transportation costs.

Note: This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters; terrorist acts; normal wear and tear; product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning; damage due to accidents, negligence, insufficient or insufficient dust collection; and/or performed by others Misuse/abuse or damage caused by repair or modification.

Return items by mail

Include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
Attach a return label to the order and indicate the reason for the return.
If possible, use the original shipping carton and packing materials.

14 days return period

Fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods, the engraving machine, and engraving machine accessories are refundable. A 25% purchase fee will be charged.

Exception

The following items are not refundable or refundable:
Labor and/or installation services
Abused items
Engraving material
Engraving tools/cutters
Special order items
Out of stock items
Transportation costs
Credit card fees

Lost item or damaged product cost

For any product that lacks the original box, packaging materials, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (ie, any product in a non-“new” state), a fee for lost items or damaged products will be charged.

First, it should be returned within 30 days after shipment.

Secondly, after you get your product, the shipping fee + transaction fee + packaging fee will be deducted from your amount. If there is no type of damage to the product, the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.

Third, if we receive the product 30 days from the delivery date, it will not be accepted. If payment is made by credit/debit card/online banking, the refund will be returned to the original credit/debit card/online bank provided at the time of purchase, and if a payment gateway is used, the refund will be refunded to the same account.
