We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return anything purchased from us, as long as the product is in a fully resaleable state and is a non-customized product, we will be happy to refund or replace the product

Please note goods that are personalized. Bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requürements are non-refundable, unless faulty.


Returns should be made within resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a canceled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. You will receive the refunds within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
