Hi, I mostly cut plywood, mdf and osb with thicknesses between 18 and 22mm. Also I cut acrylic 5mm. Sometimes I cut aluminum 1mm, but not often. I think that 3 kW spindle could work for me, but I would prefer a little bit stronger, just to be safe.
Also, I would need a vacuum pump and dust collector.

1. is for cutting metal sheets. Normally the maximum dimension of the material is 1.22 mm x 2.44 mm and we use many different thickness up to 12 mm, but I see you have a machine that cuts up to 24 mm if I am not mistaken
