1. The continuous operation time of the 5 Axis Bridge Saw Cutting Machine should be less than 10 hours a day. Ensure the cooling water is clean and the water pump operates normally. The water spindle motor must always have an adequate water supply, and the cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from becoming too high. In winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the water in the tank can be replaced with antifreeze.
2. After each use, clean the 5 Axis Bridge Saw Cutting Machine. Make sure to remove dust from the platform and transmission system and lubricate the transmission system (X, Y, Z-axis) regularly (weekly).
